- 4 large carrots, diagonally sliced
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- 2cm-piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Steam carrots for 3–4 minutes, or until just tender.
Step 2 Transfer carrots into a serving dish. Add garlic, ginger, honey and chives. Toss to combine.
Try serving with grilled chicken breast and greens.
