400g fresh calamari rings

1 onion, cut into wedges

6 cups chopped red capsicum, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms and bok choy

1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce

2 1/2 tablespoons lime juice

400g hokkien noodles
Instructions
Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Spray a wok with oil. Stir-fry calamari rings over high heat until cooked. Set aside.
Step 2 Spray wok with a little more oil. Stir-fry onion and vegies for a few minutes then add sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and 60ml water. Simmer over low heat for 3–4 minutes, or until vegies are cooked.
Step 3 Add noodles, heat for a few more minutes, stir in calamari, then serve.
