Broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce

Full ingredients list:
- 300g broccoli, cut into florets
- 300g cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat table spread
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Steam broccoli and cauliflower for 4–5 minutes, or until just tender. Place steamed vegies into a shallow ovenproof dish.
Step 2 Melt table spread in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Remove pan from heat and gradually whisk in milk. Return to heat and simmer, whisking, until sauce thickens.
Step 3 Whisk nutmeg and mustard into sauce. Pour sauce over the vegies.
Step 4 Combine cheese, parmesan and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over vegies and sauce. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until top is light golden brown.
A creamy addition to summer steaks and a green salad.
