Beans with hazelnuts and crunchy garlic crumbs

Full ingredients list:
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 350g green beans, trimmed
- 2 lemon wedges, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake breadcrumbs for 10–12 minutes, stirring twice, until crumbs are golden brown. Transfer into a bowl. Combine with oil, garlic, hazelnuts and parsley. Season with pepper.
Step 2 Meanwhile, steam beans for 2–3 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Step 3 Transfer beans onto a serving platter. Sprinkle crumb mixture over beans. Serve with lemon wedges and squeeze over just before serving.
