Steamed vegies with sesame and honey

Full ingredients list:
- 2 bunches (300g) baby carrots, peeled and trimmed
- 300g broccoli florets
- 2 large zucchinis, thinly sliced lengthways
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon reduced-fat table spread, melted

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Microwave steam carrots and broccoli for 2–3 minutes, adding zucchini in the last minute. Drain.
Step 2 Combine sesame seeds, honey and melted table spread in a small jug or bowl.
Step 3 Drizzle over vegies and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
Try serving with steak and a crusty sourdough roll. You could also use this dressing with other fresh or frozen vegies of your choice.
