Step 1 Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup pasta water, and return to saucepan.
Step 2 Meanwhile, spray a large frying pan with oil and place over medium-high heat. Add garlic, breadcrumbs and chilli. Cook, stirring, for 12 minutes, until fragrant. Transfer to a small bowl and stir through parsley.
Step 3 Return frying pan to heat and spray with a little more oil. Cook leek, asparagus and zucchini for 34 minutes, until tender. Add to pasta with tomatoes, cottage cheese, lemon zest, juice and reserved pasta water. Toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with garlic breadcrumbs before serving.
