Full ingredients list:
- 125g reduced-fat table spread
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 200g malt biscuits, crushed
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate bits

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Line a 17cm x 27cm slice tin with baking paper. Combine table spread, honey and vanilla essence in a microwave-proof bowl. Melt at medium power for 30 seconds, stir, and continue cooking until completely melted (up to another 20 seconds). Add cocoa powder and mix well.
Step 2 In a large bowl, combine biscuits, coconut and raisins. Add cocoa mixture and mix well. Press mixture into slice tin.
Step 3 Place chocolate bits into a microwave-proof bowl and microwave for 15–20 seconds, until melted. Drizzle over slice.
Step 4 Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until slice is completely set. Cut into 20 pieces.
