Full ingredients list:
- 400g fettuccine
- 500g jar tomato pasta sauce
- cooking oil spray
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 450g firm white fish fillets, cut into 2cm pieces
- 250g prawns, peeled, deveined, halved
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- handful of chopped fresh coriander, including stems
- 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes (optional)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain well. Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce in a medium saucepan over low heat.
Step 2 Spray a large frying pan with oil and place over medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add fish and prawns. Cook for 3 more minutes, or until cooked through. Add lemon juice and wine; stir to heat through.
Step 3 Remove pan from heat and stir through coriander and chilli, if using. Add pasta and toss to combine. Stir through pasta sauce before serving.
