- 250g sweet potato, peeled
- 250g potatoes, scrubbed
- 250g carrots, peeled
- 250g parsnips, peeled
- cooking oil spray
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika

Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut vegetables into thick wedges or chips. Steam wedges for 5 minutes, until partially cooked.
Step 2 Arrange vegies on baking tray. Spray well with oil and sprinkle with half the sesame seeds and paprika. Turn chips, spray again with oil and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds and paprika. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
