- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 50g sliced almonds

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Place fruit in a shallow baking dish.
Step 2 Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle over fruit. Spray with oil and bake for 20–25 minutes, until topping is crunchy and browned.
