Steak with spiced couscous and broccolini

Full ingredients list:
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1 long red chilli, seeded, diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 4 x 150g lean rump or scotch fillet steaks, trimmed
- 1 cup couscous, cooked
- 8 cups steamed broccolini and green beans, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place coriander, chilli, cumin and juice into a food processor and blend to a smooth paste. Place steaks into a shallow, non-metallic bowl, pour over half of the coriander mixture and stir to coat.
Step 2 Spray a chargrill pan with oil and heat to high. Cook steaks for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove, cover loosely and rest for 3 minutes.
Step 3 Fluff cooked couscous with a fork, add remaining marinade and stir to combine.
Step 4 Divide couscous between serving plates, top with steak and serve with steamed vegies.
Swap the steamed veg for chopped, grilled capsicum and pineapple. Toss through couscous with marinade in step 3.
