Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place ice-cream into a large bowl with the Cherry Ripe and marshmallows. Stir until well combined. Return ice-cream to an airtight container, cover and place in freezer for 3–4 hours.
Step 2 To serve, scoop ice-cream into waffle cones. Return leftover ice-cream to the freezer.
Make it dairy free: Use vanilla soy milk ice-cream.
