- 250g Birds Eye SteamFresh vegetables in a bowl
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 20g 50% reduced-fat grated tasty cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180ºC. Spray a 2 1/4 cup-capacity baking dish with oil. Cook vegetables according to packet instructions. Cool.
Step 2 Meanwhile, whisk eggs, egg white, milk and 2 tablespoons cheese in a bowl. Add vegetables, mixed herbs and season with pepper to taste. Stir until combined. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, or until set.
Instead of a steam bowl, use any vegies (fresh or frozen) you have. Swap the tasty cheese for fresh low-fat ricotta and add fresh basil.
