Full ingredients list:
- 2 ripe mangoes, pit removed
- 2 passionfruit, halved
- 8 small scoops low-fat vanilla ice-cream

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Thinly slice mango. Divide half the mango slices between 4 serving glasses. Top each with a small scoop of ice-cream. Top with remaining mango, another scoop of ice-cream, then spoon the pulp from each passionfruit half over ice-cream. Serve immediately.
Make it dairy free: Use vanilla soy milk ice-cream.
