Full ingredients list:
- 4 sheets filo pastry, thawed
- cooking oil spray
- 120g Turkish Delight, chopped
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon rosewater essence
- 4 teaspoons icing sugar, to serve
- 8 tablespoons low-fat Greek yoghurt, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place 1 sheet filo pastry onto a flat surface. Spray with oil. Fold pastry in half. Place 1/4 of the Turkish Delight on the edge closest to you, leaving an 8cm border on the three remaining sides. Roll filo, enclosing Turkish Delight. Carefully twist both ends of pastry. Repeat with remaining filo and Turkish Delight.
Step 2 Place bon bons onto tray and spray with oil. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Step 3 Meanwhile, combine sugar, 1/4 cup water and rosewater essence in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Transfer to a jug to cool.
Step 4 Dust bon bons with icing sugar. Serve with rosewater syrup and yoghurt.
