Full ingredients list:
3/4 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
1 1/2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
250g extra-light cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup low-fat vanilla custard
1/4 cup icing sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
225g store-bought sponge cake, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon drinking chocolate powder

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Combine coffee and liqueur. Set aside. Using electric beaters, beat cream cheese, custard, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Step 2 Place half the sponge cake into the base of 6 x 1 1/2 cup-capacity serving glasses. Spoon 2 tablespoons coffee mixture into each glass. Divide half of the custard mixture into 6 portions and spoon a portion into each glass. Repeat layers. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 3 Combine cocoa and drinking chocolate. Dust over tiramisu just before serving.
