Step 1 Spray a large frying pan with oil and place over high heat. Cook steaks for 2–3 minutes on each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Add lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano. Remove from pan, cover loosely with foil and rest for 3 minutes. Slice thinly.
Step 2 Spread tahini down the centre of each piece of Lebanese bread. Top with tabbouleh, lettuce, carrot, tomatoes and beef. Roll up and wrap tightly in baking paper to hold wraps together. Serve with 6 cups Greek salad made using diced tomato, cucumber, olives and green capsicum. Dress salad with lemon juice.
