Chocolate and cinnamon ice-cream waffles

Full ingredients list:
- 1 litre low-fat vanilla ice-cream, softened (we used Peters Light and Creamy)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 4 round waffles
- 2 tablespoons light chocolate topping

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place softened ice-cream into a large bowl with the cinnamon, stir until well combined. Return to container, cover and freeze for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
Step 2 Toast waffles according to packet instructions. Serve each waffle topped with a small scoop of ice-cream and drizzle with 2 teaspoons chocolate topping. Save leftover ice-cream in the freezer.
