- Simple chicken casserole base recipe
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 900g potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 cup low-fat grated cheese

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 190ºC. Add corn to casserole and reheat in oven for about 10 minutes.
Step 2 Meanwhile, boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash potatoes with cheese. Top casserole with mashed potato and bake for 30 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
