Step 1 Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line base of a 22cm-round cake tin with baking paper.
Step 2 Place spread and sugar into a bowl. Using an electric mixer, cream mixture until fluffy.
Step 3 In a separate bowl, sieve together flour, cornflour and cinnamon. Fold dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Using your hands, knead mixture into a smooth dough.
Step 4 Transfer dough to cake tin and smooth surface with the back of a spoon. Prick surface in a few places with a fork. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden.
Step 5 Cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Dust with caster sugar before serving.
