- 1kg broccoli, trimmed, cut into small florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons flaked almonds

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Steam or microwave broccoli until just tender. Drain.
Step 2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and almonds. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring. Add broccoli and cook for 2–3 minutes. Serve.
