Full ingredients list:
- 8 tablespoons reduced-fat table spread
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 3 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 2 1/2 tablespoons apple sauce

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a 20cm x 30cm baking tin with baking paper. In a small saucepan, melt spread and honey over low heat, then add vanilla. Set aside to cool.
Step 2 Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add honey mixture and apple sauce. Mix until dry ingredients are well coated. Press mixture into baking tin.
Step 3 Bake for 40 minutes, until golden. Cool, then cut into 12 slices. Store for 2–3 days or freeze.
Use different types of dried fruit, like apricots or apples.
