Strawberry and pineapple ice-blocks

Full ingredients list:
- 1 punnet (250g) strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup apple or orange juice
- 250g pineapple, chopped

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Blend strawberries in a blender with half the juice until smooth. Pour mixture into 8 ice-block moulds until half full. Freeze for 1 hour.
Step 2 Blend pineapple in a blender with remaining juice until smooth. Pour on top of frozen strawberry purée. Freeze for 1 hour.
Step 3 Gently push ice-block mould lids into pineapple section and return to freezer for 1 hour.
If you don’t have ice-block moulds, you can freeze these desserts in individual ice-cube trays to make bite-sized treats. Just use toothpicks for easy eating.
