Full ingredients list:
- 100g egg fettuccine
- 100g snow peas, trimmed, finely shredded lengthways
- 40g wedge extra-light cream cheese
- 100g tin salmon in spring water
- 2 teaspoons baby capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cook pasta according to packet instructions in a saucepan of boiling water. Add snow peas during the last minute. Drain and return to saucepan.
Step 2 Add cream cheese to saucepan and toss until melted. Add salmon, capers and lemon juice. Toss until well combined. Serve sprinkled with pepper and lemon wedges on the side.
Include finely chopped dill and lemon zest when adding cream cheese.
