Full ingredients list:
- 500g lean pork sausages, sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 600g frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 2 x 250g packs 90-second microwaveable brown rice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Spray a large frying pan or wok with oil and place over medium-high heat. Add sausages and ginger. Cook for 3–4 minutes, until sausages brown.
Step 2 Add vegetables to pan. Stir-fry for a few more minutes, until vegetables are cooked through.
Step 3 Add rice to pan and cook for 2 minutes. In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce with orange juice. Add to pan and stir well to heat through before serving.
Make it vegetarian: Replace pork sausages with a vegetarian version or cubed tofu.
