Full ingredients list:
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate melts, melted
- 4 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread (we used Nutella)
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla custard
- 2 tablespoons dry-roasted hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Spray 16 mini-muffin paper cases lightly with oil. Using a small pastry brush, thickly paint chocolate inside each paper case. Place paper cases on a tray and refrigerate for 5 minutes, or until set. Brush cases with a second layer of chocolate and refrigerate for 5 more minutes, until well set. Peel off and discard paper cases.
Step 2 Meanwhile, combine hazelnut spread and custard in a small bowl. Spoon mixture into chocolate cases and top with chopped hazelnuts.
Melt dark chocolate according to packet directions.
