- cooking oil spray
- 2 tablespoons flour, plus extra to dust
- 150g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup light evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons caster sugar
- berries, to serve
- low-fat vanilla yoghurt, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Spray 6 x 1/2-cup capacity ramekins or small coffee cups with oil. Dust with extra flour.
Step 2 Place chocolate and milk in a pan over low heat, stirring, until chocolate is just melted. Remove from heat. Allow to cool.
Step 3 Use electric beaters to beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until thick and pale, and double in volume. Add chocolate. Sift in flour. Gently fold to just combine. Divide mixture among ramekins. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 4 When ready to serve, preheat oven to 200ºC. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cooked at edges but soft in centre. Remove from oven. Cool slightly. Serve in ramekins or run a knife around edges and turn out onto plates. Serve with berries and yoghurt.
