Full ingredients list:
- 420g can 99% fat-free vanilla creamed rice
- 1/2 x 375ml can coconut-flavoured evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- zest of half an orange
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts, chopped

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Pour creamed rice and evaporated milk into a saucepan. Add cardamom, cinnamon and orange zest, stir and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
Step 2 Pour mixture into glass ramekins, sprinkle with sultanas and pistachios. Serve warm.
