- 150g (1 cup) low-fat ricotta
- 1 Cherry Ripe bar, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 400g cherries, halved, stoned
- icing sugar, to dust

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place ricotta, Cherry Ripe, icing sugar and vanilla into a bowl. Stir until well combined.
Step 2 Place cherries into 4 bowls. Top with ricotta mixture and serve.
