Full ingredients list:
200g soba noodles
2 x 200g marinated tofu pieces, sliced (we used Soyco Japanese Teriyaki flavour)
1/4 cup teriyaki marinade sauce
1 packet ready-sliced coleslaw
2 tablespoons chopped cashew nuts

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cook noodles in boiling water according to directions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
Step 2 Heat a wok and spray with oil. Add the tofu and cook for a few minutes until heated through. Add the noodles, teriyaki sauce, coleslaw and cashew nuts. Mix well to combine. Serve warm or refrigerate for half an hour and serve chilled.
