Full ingredients list:
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon reduced-salt soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1 cup quick oats
- 3 sheets reduced-fat ready-rolled puff pastry

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 200ºC. Process cheese, pecans, eggs, onion, herbs and sauces in a food processor. Add breadcrumbs and oats. Pulse until just combined.
Step 2 Cut each pastry sheet into four squares. Fill with 2 tablespoons of mixture. Roll into a sausage shape. Brush tops with a little milk.
Step 3 Line baking tray with baking paper. Place rolls on tray. Prick pastry with fork. Bake for 25–30 minutes. Serve hot.
