- 2 large Granny Smith apples, cored, thinly sliced lengthways
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat table spread

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Arrange apple slices in the base of an ovenproof dish.
Step 2 Combine oats, sugar, coconut and spread in a bowl.
Step 3 Scatter mixture evenly over apple. Bake in oven for 20–25 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly for 5 minutes. Serve.
