Full ingredients list:
- 2 pears, peeled and sliced (or 410g can pears)
- 1 firm banana, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled, cut into small pieces
- 4 tablespoons soft brown sugar
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 tablespoons reduced-fat table spread

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 190°C. Divide fruit between 4 individual dishes (or one large dish). Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 2 In a bowl, combine flour, oats and ginger. Rub in table spread until mixture looks crumbly. Scatter topping evenly over the fruit. Bake for 25 minutes.
