Full ingredients list:
- 2 1/4 cups cooked apple (or canned apple)
- 3/4 cup frozen blackberries (or blueberries)
- 1/4 cup soft brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups plain flour
- 1/3 cup soft brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons reduced-fat table spread
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Divide apple and blackberries between 6 individual ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar and toss lightly to mix.
Step 2 In a bowl, combine flour with 1/3 cup brown sugar. Rub table spread into mixture until it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the nutmeg.
Step 3 Sprinkle topping over fruit. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
