4 skinless chicken breast fillets
2 tablespoons tandoori paste
cooking oil spray
120g low-fat tzatziki
green salad, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Use a sharp knife to score each chicken fillet 3 times. Brush all over with tandoori paste and spray with cooking oil.
Step 2 Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes each side or until brown and cooked through.
Step 3 Divide green salad among serving plates. Top with sliced chicken and tzatziki.
