Rissoles with cannellini bean mash

Full ingredients list:
- olive oil spray
- 4 ready-made rissoles (lean meat)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 400g can cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 500g pkt frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Barbecue or cook rissoles in a non-stick frying pan over low heat for 5-7 minutes one side, 5 minutes the other side.
Step 2 Heat cannellini beans in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Set aside beans. Then heat olive oil in saucepan and add garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Add beans to pan and mash well, adding lemon juice and a little hot water if needed.
