Full ingredients list:
- 1 litre (4 cups) apple juice
- 1/2 cup fine semolina
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnut halves
- icing sugar mixture, to dust (optional)
- 12 large strawberries, washed

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Combine apple juice, semolina, sugar, cloves, cinnamon and walnuts in a saucepan and stir over low heat until simmering. Simmer, uncovered, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes or until well combined and mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
Step 2 Divide mixture evenly among four 1-cup serving bowls. Place bowls on a tray. Cover loosely with foil and place in the fridge for 4 hours to chill and set.
Step 3 Dust with icing sugar (if using) and serve with strawberries on the side.
