Full ingredients list:
- 100g penne pasta
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 100g can salmon
- 2 handfuls rocket or baby spinach
- mint and basil leaves (optional)
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan (optional)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Cook pasta according packet directions. Drain.
Step 2 Microwave peas for 1 minute or until cooked through.
Step 3 Toss pasta with salmon, peas, rocket and herbs (if using). Top with parmesan (if using) and serve.
