Eating a diet high in folate could help if you suffer from migraines.
In a recent study, those who ate more folate (which was actually higher than the RDI) reported a 14 per cent reduction in severity of their migraines. So, if you experience debilitating migraines, you can try eating more leafy green vegies, legumes or breads and cereals fortified with folic acid to up your intake of folate.
