You may already be aware that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, yet alarming new research shows that one in seven Aussie schoolchildren is skipping it—and thereby missing out on essential nutrients.
Eating breakfast not only improves concentration and fuels physical activity, but also helps us maintain a healthy body weight. In Part Two of our Healthy Food Awards, we’ve found the best breakfast cereals, drinks, breads and spreads to ensure you and your family are giving yourselves the best possible start to the day.
