1 plain rice cake2 small slices red capsicum1 stuffed green olive, halved1 cucumber
Step 1 Place rice cake onto a small plate.
Step 2 Chop end off cucumber and use as a ‘mouth.’ Chop another round slice to form one eye, then place olive on top. Place another olive for second eye. Cut cucumber lengthways to form two ‘ears.’
Step 3 Use the two capsicum slices to form a nose and collar.
