Lilydale free-range gluten-free sausages
These convenient sausages are made from free-range chicken, are gluten-free and are perfect for a quick dinner. They are available in two flavours: Traditional and Basil & Sweet Chilli Chicken.
Be Natural four bars
The newest snack bar to hit the shelves, these are made with four key ingredients – fruit, nuts, whole grains and seeds. At around 600kJ per bar, they’re a great snack size – and are so tasty that they disappeared in about three seconds flat when they arrived in the office!
Vitasoy ‘Soy Milky’ Kids
This specially formulated soy milk has the creamy taste and consistency of cow’s milk, making it great for kids who need to follow a lactose or dairy-free diet, but don’t like regular soy milk. One glass also provides 50% of their daily calcium needs.
Freedom Foods gluten-free muesli
One of the major pitfalls identified in a gluten-free diet is less fibre. Just one serve of this cereal contains 9.3g fibre – almost one third of your daily requirements, thanks to the psyllium baked right into the cereal.
Equal Stevia Tabs
A convenient way to sweeten your tea or coffee without the kilojoules found in sugar. Just one little tablet equals a teaspoon of sugar (minus 69kJ). Brilliant!
Make it a habit to carry one of these single serve packs with you, and sprinkle the contents over your breakfast, lunch or dinner for an easy fibre and omega-3 top up. Available in health food stores.
Quorn cottage pie
This low-fat, high-protein, frozen meal is made with vegetable protein, not meat – so it has markedly less saturated fat and kilojoules than the traditional meat version. Our meat-loving taste testers gave it the thumbs up, too.
The first Australian cheese proven to lower cholesterol. Two slices or one 40g tub of cream cheese each day will provide you with 2g plant sterols– enough to reduce your cholesterol by 10%, according to research.
Most juices are pasteurised using the traditional method of heat pasteurisation, but Preshafruit is pressurised cold, which helps to retain nutrients without changing the fruit’s taste. Flavours include Pink Lady apple, Apple Passionfruit and Valencia Orange.
Fortified with a strain of probiotic that has been proven to help bolster your immune system, this yoghurt drink has added fibre and a tiny 300kJ. It’s available in natural, Berry and Passionfruit flavours.
Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends
These fresh herb and spice combinations come in flavours like Thai, Moroccan and Indian. Just squeeze onto meat, vegetables, stir-fries, or into soups or casseroles for instant flavour without excess kilojoules.
This is the first oil in Australia to be made from a mix of cereal, nuts and fruit. Given its high smoke point and neutral flavour, our taste testers agreed that this oil would be suitable for all kinds of cooking. you’ll also benefit from the omega-3s and omega-6s it contains.

You’ve probably ordered these with your sushi before, but they are so easy to prepare at home. Grab a pack from your local Asian supermarket, and store in the freezer – simply steam and serve on their own, or with your favourite dipping sauce.
