Full ingredients list:
4 store-bought vegetarian burger patties
4 medium wholegrain rolls, halved
4 tablespoons store-bought satay sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 large carrot, grated
2 cups (50g) alfalfa sprouts
4 cups mixed salad leaves

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Spray a large non-stick frying pan with olive oil and set over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 2 minutes each side, or until heated through and golden (or as per packet instructions).
Step 2Place salad leaves on the base of each roll. Top with 1 patty, satay sauce, peanuts, carrot and alfalfa. Add the top half of the rolls, and serve immediately.
