- 150g dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup shelled unsalted pistachios, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- zest of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons dried fruit (such as cranberries, currants, diced dried apricots)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe container and microwave on high, stirring at 20-second intervals until smooth.
Step 2 Use a spatula to spread a thin layer of melted chocolate onto prepared tray. Scatter chocolate quickly (before it starts to set) with pistachios, coconut, orange zest and dried fruit of your choice.
Step 3 Place chocolate bark in the fridge to chill until hard enough to break, then snap into different shapes and sizes, and serve.
Seal chocolate bark in an airtight container to store.
