Full ingredients list:
- 1 cup dark chocolate melts
- 400g can light sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, roughly chopped
- 300g malt biscuits, crushed
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, for topping

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Spray a 30cm x 21cm baking tin with oil. Place chocolate and condensed milk into a bowl over a small pan of hot water. Heat through and stir, until melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2 In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour melted chocolate mix onto dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Step 3 Pour into baking tin and sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to set.
Step 4 Slice using a sharp knife dipped in hot water.
Will keep for a week chilled in an airtight container.
