Full ingredients list:
- 400g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons water
- pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon 97% fat-free mayonnaise

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Season to taste. Serve with fresh vegie sticks, Lebanese bread or homemade pita chips.

If you like your hommous to have a thinner consistency, add a little more water.
