Chocolate fondue with fruit

Full ingredients list:
- 75g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup skim condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon liqueur (such as Grand Marnier, Kahlua or Marsala) (optional)
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- strawberries, kiwifruit and bananas, sliced, to serve

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place chocolate, condensed milk, skim milk and liqueur (if using) into a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, until chocolate has melted (about 5 minutes) and all ingredients are smooth and well combined.
Step 2 Transfer chocolate to a serving bowl. Serve with strawberries and sliced banana and kiwifruit to dip into the chocolate.
If making this for children, use milk chocolate instead of dark and omit the liqueur. You could also serve marshmallows with the fruit.
