Italian-style green beans

Step 1 Boil, steam or microwave beans until just tender. Drain.
Step 2 Toss beans, olives, nuts and tomatoes in an oil-sprayed frying pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or heated through.
Try adding in roasted red capsicum, torn basil leaves or low-fat feta for even more flavour.
