Quick roast chicken

Pop this into the oven with some vegetables and voila - hot dinner for the family!

Instructions

Step 1 Preheat oven to 220°C. Put chicken onto a flat surface. Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Spray chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle seasonings over chicken.

Step 2 Remove tie section from top of oven bag. Put flour into bag and shake until bag is well coated. Place chicken into oven bag. Tie. Make 6 small cuts on top of oven bag. Place chicken onto a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes.

Step 3 Transfer chicken in bag to a roasting pan. Bake for a further 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into thickest part of chicken causes clear juices to run. If juices are pink, cook for a little longer. Remove skin. Serve with your choice of roast or steamed vegies.
