Fruit balls
Rolled oats, dates and almonds are full of goodness. This mixture can also be pressed into a slice tin and served cut into slices.
Instructions
Step 1 Place all ingredients in a large food processor bowl and process until well combined (do this in 2 or more batches if your food processor is small).
Step 2 Roll level tablespoons of the mixture into firm balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
